Kidz Power Program is back!  We have updated the program and made it better and more effective for you!  During KPP you will learn many ways to get active in your daily life and learn how to make proper nutritional choices.   You will have two exercise sessions per week at Athlete Profile.  These will be both educational and fun workouts.  We will also sit down on a bi-weekly basis to discuss your progress and answer any questions you may have.

 

            *2 workout sessions per week—1 hour each                                                                         

            *4 bi-weekly meetings with child and parent

            *Learn proper exercise techniques and many fun activities

            *Learn to make better decisions about the food and drink you consume

            *Build your self-esteem and confidence

            *Understand that living healthy can be fun and will make you feel better

 

 

Mission of KPP

            The goal of KPP is to put children on the right track to a healthy lifestyle.  To teach children how to make healthy choices about food and exercise.  We will provide them with safe and effective ways to become and stay healthy.  To teach children and parents how to effectively implement good nutritional choices and activities in their daily lives.
