Athlete Profile is Now Forming Sports Conditioning Camps for the Summer Months.

The following are the dates for each camp:

Baseball Camp June 23-27 9am til 11 am

Baseball camp is meant to improve you base stealing speed.  We will teach them injury preventions as well as baseball specific strength, stability and flexibility.  And train to hit with our Probatter hitting system. 

 

 

Speed/Agility  June 16-20 930am til 11 am, July 14-18 930 am til 11

Speed camp is going to teach the athlete sprint techniques including proper start and stopping techniques.  Improve you first step quickness, conditioning and over all speed for the sport that you play. 

This is your chance to learn Sport Specific Skills, gain Speed, Agility, Strength, Endurance, Power, and Flexibility.  Don't miss out!!
