Athlete Profile is the only sport specific training center in S.W. Florida.  You may ask what is sport specific training?  Sport specific training is just what it claims to be.  You tell us  your sport(s) and we analyze the energy demands along with movement speed, power, and agility necessary to perform the sport. We then create exercises and movements developed to make you faster, stronger and more powerful to assist you to surpass your competition.

We do much more than just train athletes.  We also personal train anyone looking to lose weight, gain muscle or just improve overall health.  Individuals from all ages, shapes, and sizes train at Athlete Profile and we have seen tremendous results.  We base these results on a initial testing session, and then an evaluation every month throughout the program.  We evaluate weight, body composition, heart rate (resting and target), flexibility, and strength.   Athlete Profile specializes in the design and training of teams of all sports, including The Florida Firecats and Guilford College football programs. 

Our trainers are Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists, Licensed Physical Therapists, and Certified Personal Trainers.  All training personnel hold degrees in Exercise Physiology, Physical Therapy or related fields. 

Athlete Profile is also home to Sports Specialty Rehab Center, one of the only Sports Physical Therapy practices in S.W. Florida, with 5 locations from North Ft. Myers to Miami.
